To ensure everything runs smoothly, we kindly ask that all bookings be paid in full no later than seven days before your scheduled departure or arrival. If you don’t meet this deadline, your booking will be canceled.
Refunds Policy
We’ll process your refund as soon as possible for you. If we need to recover funds already paid to our partners for your services, your refund will be issued once those funds are recovered. Typically, refunds are processed within 21 business days of your request. For payments made by credit card, refunds will be credited back to the original card, up to the amount initially charged. If the refund amount exceeds the original charge, the remaining balance will be issued via check.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that should you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees will apply.
60 days or before departure – 100% of the cost
15-30 days before departure – 50% of the tour cost
7-14 days before departure – 35% of the tour cost
48 hours or fewer before departure – 25% of tour cost
