ITINERARY
The team will be collected from a predetermined location, which may be the company offices or a central venue easily accessible to the majority of participants, and subsequently transported to the designated site.
Upon arrival, guests will enjoy a delightful breakfast while being briefed on the day’s itinerary by the organizing team. Participants will be guided and informed about the array of activities planned in accordance with the program.
The day will commence with a series of invigorating aerobics exercises designed to elevate spirit and warm up the bodies of all attendees. Following this, various engaging games will be orchestrated by a knowledgeable guide who will provide detailed instructions on the rules of each game, as well as insights into the specific traits being assessed during the activities.
These alternating games will unfold over several hours, with teams formed to foster a spirit of friendly competition and enjoyment. A one-hour intermission will allow for a sumptuous lunch buffet and refreshing beverages, replenishing the much-needed energy for the afternoon’s endeavors.
After lunch, participants will be divided into groups to embark on guided adventures. Upon completing each challenge, members will switch roles to experience the diverse activities offered.
At the conclusion of the day, feedback will be provided regarding team performances and exceptional individual contributions, with accolades bestowed upon those who excelled, as per the arrangements made.
After a full day of active engagement, attendees will relish a barbecue served hot, accompanied by a selection of chilled beverages of their choice.
Throughout the day, photography and videography will capture every moment of the activities, encouraging participants to engage fully and create lasting memories with their colleagues.
At the agreed-upon time of departure, all participants will be returned to the original pickup location unless alternative arrangements have been made.
